Job Location : Konabari, Gazipur

Job Responsibilities
Conduct day-to-day general administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment and visit to the field on a regular basis.
Identify training & development for team members to increase each employee’s performance as per KPI.
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Prepare SOP for particular department and ensure implementation of it.
Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
Prepare migration analysis report and organogram for the company.
Motivate, Counsel the employee to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR.
PGD will add value.

Experience Requirements
4 to 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements
Age 28 to 35 years

Experience in Agro will be given extra Preference.
Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
