Organizations in many cases look for people with good amount of experience or professional competency to join the organization.

Our Head Hunting Service is extremely detailed and client focused. We do not rely on a database of candidates; we have been identifying and attracting the very best talents. We guarantee to search the ideal candidate for the vacancy. We pride ourselves on our ability to effectively hunt down and attract the most talented candidates from across the market. Our process begins by better understanding client’s organization, corporate culture and recruitment requirements. Our commitment ensures that our reach is effective and our search efforts are fast and targeted.

Terms & Conditions:

There are 02 Sections:

  • Mid level to Top level ( Work Experience 06 to 15 years+ on average)
  • Fresher to Entry level  ( Work Experience 00 to 05 years on average)

Here is the summary

  1. Job Nature: Full Time
  2. Candidate Status: Mid level to Top level/ Fresher to Entry level
  3. Support : Any Position of Vacancy
  4. Delivery Time : At least 10-20 Working Days (for Mid to Top) / (3-5 working days for Entry level)
  5. Conditions :  If supplied Data (Resumes) of Job Seeker will not be shortlisted, Mother Company cannot use those Resumes for next 2 years without permission of VAINBD. During next 2 years, if Mother Company will make shortlist from provided data by VAINBD and at that time, any candidate will join. Mother Company has to Pay their HR Partner (3rd Party) (VAINBD) according to current policy of HR Partner.

Note: Special Request to Mother Company that, hope you will follow our Conditions. So that, we can work together for long run and thus way from both side we will be benefited.
