Job Responsibilities
We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to perform the responsibilities of COO/ Head of Admin and lead a team of HR, Admin & compliance professional of all units / projects/ Industries.
Ensure overall supervision, monitor the infrastructure development.
Ensure maintenance and beautification works of all units/Projects/Industries.
Closely concentrate on all activities to ensure business development.
Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance function of the Group.
Maintain discipline of the personal irrespective of the rank & Status. Monitor, Supervise & coordinate all admin, transport, overall logistics issue as per Group Policy.
Supervising attendance, Leave, Discipline issues and solve any dispute.
Arrange recruitment with strategies planning and ensure placing of right man in the right place.
Monitor, safety, Health, Hygiene, environment and security properly.
Maintain liaison with the local civil administration including Govt. Semi Govt. high officials.
Work closely with HR regarding hiring practice payroll and benefits disbursement.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed on business focus.
Support compliance team to accomplish their mission and ensure all the Licenses are kept in updated.
Ensure proper SOP all being maintained for all operations.
Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.

Employment Status

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
MBA (HRM)/ PGD (HRM)/ Masters in Public Administration

Experience Requirements
At least 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements
Age 35 to 45 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Should have minimum 10 years practical experience in HR, Admin & Compliance at Industrial Project.
Should have strong knowledge on labor law.
Should have strong track record in corporate HR practice related to HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
Should have good academic background as well as strong Interpersonal presentation skill, leadership skill and able to generate professional report.
Should be able to ensure compliance issues including certification of all the companies of the Group.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Industrial Project, Manufacturing Company & Real Estate Company.
