1. Prospecting potential merchants
2. Turning potential clients into clients
3. Making outgoing calls and chats for mainly sales purposes and other calls required for business development and increasing sales.
4. Business Development support with an aggressive attitude and capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills.
5. Strong Business insight into innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the Business volume 6. Result Driven, self-motivated with the ability to analyze and interpret the market precisely and work towards it.
7. Know sales strategies, strong mindset for teamwork, and proven end sales skills-prospecting, target management and market awareness.
8. Ensure profitable growth of the business by achieving Periodic Targets.
1. Graduate from any reputed public or private university.
2. Undergraduate students can also apply.
3. Both males and females are allowed to apply.
4. Age Limit- 30.
5. Skilled in Marketing and negotiation and good communication skill.
6. Good Market knowledge about the online and e-commerce industry.
1. Should have a smartphone and own desktop/laptop as during lockdown he/she will have to work remotely from home.
Salary and other benefits
1. Salary is negotiable, and production-based increase (Upon sales target).
2. Will get a commission for every sale he/she will bring.
3. Get a mobile bill.
4. KPI (will get the amount according to the service parameter and percentage he/she will achieve).
5. Rostered 6-hour office.
6. Get two days off, according to the roster plan.
Note: Day off policy can be changed according to company business need.
