Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Manage large amounts of CRM / Bookkeeping entries according to the prescribed format
Create & update transactions to the bookkeeping system and other related software.

A Level in Business Studies, Diploma in Business Studies in Business Studies
HSC, A-Level, O-Level, BBA will be highly preferred.
Graduation is ongoing under the national university.
Educational background doesn’t really matter for us if you can speak English like a native English speaker and have common-sense then apply.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Fluency in both Bengali and English
Properly record customer complains and solves accordingly.
Good knowledge over google collaboration tools such as Google Sheet/Google Doc Meet Zoom.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Own Laptop and android mobile will be a plus.
