Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, make and direct calls to staff members.
Setting appointments, faxing, maintaining decorum of office Setting appointments, faxing, maintaining decorum entrance and exit
Cooperate with employees from all departments
Welcomes guest by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Maintain the general filing system and file-up all correspondence
