Job Description

• Responsible for manage commercial Activities
• Develop, implement and own commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
• Achieving ambitious business growth and targets
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met
• Involve and discuss with management team on business planning, strategy and growth
• Planning campaigns and driving consumer success stories
• Leads strategic relationship conversation with top accounts, sellers
• Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
• Self performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare report

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business disciplines with minimum 4-5 years of experience in related field.
• Must have a strong drive to grow and built the business
• Strong e-Commerce knowledge and terms, commercial, sales and marketing knowledge
• Strong sales acumen and ability to engage with top clients and to set and prioritize goals
• Must have in-depth, and wide knowledge of the retail market in Myanmar
• Experience of handling a team in fast changing work environments
• Focus on data driven decision making and the ability to built strong processes from scratch
• Strong contacts with retailers, distributors and principals is a benefit
• Creativity and innovation and Analytical skills to make accurate business judgments
